September Presidential debate

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/09/26/debate.mississippi.transcript/

I think Obama seemed to be dictating to everyone. It seemed like Obama was for the people who don't make a lot of money. Obama says that businesses should pay more taxes and people should pay less.

McCain put down Obama and made him look stupid. He seemed to be mentioning Israel just to get the Jewish to vote. McCain seemed more at ease, but he was evasive. He was blaming regulatory agencies for our problems rather than the current administration-Bush-. It seems like McCain wants to cut taxes the most for rich people. A $5000.00 tax cut for most people won't pay for health care like McCain says it will.

Neither candidate impressed me. They both seemed like liars and I don't trust either of them.

McCain can say "Nuclear"--that was impressive-one step ahead of Bush!

The thing that surprised me the most was that McCain was complaining about all the trouble in America and how things need to be changed-because they're spending too much IN Washington DC and Bush is a Republican and so is he. He doesn't blame Bush for any of our problems!

McCain also mentioned about Kennedy (democrat) being in the hospital tonight and then led into about how republicans and democrats were coming together to try to figure out our fiscal crises. McCain disappointed me about his statement about Kennedy being in the hospital to lead into how everyone was going to join together to fix the fiscal crises. It seemed phony!

Obama talked about fixing health care and oil crises, but he didn't really say what his programs were. He was evasive. He talked about having to invest in energy but was not specific.

There were also many quotes that stood out to me. They may not have any meaning to them, but they kept things interesting.

McCain: "2/4 of July ago," (What does that mean?)

Obama: I have a bracelet too! (Jealous much?)

Obama and his lack to remember John's name..or was it Jim or Tom?
