Two months ago, I sent one of my essays to TeenInc.com not really expecting much to come out of it. Today (January 29, 2009) at exactly 1:20 I get an email saying I was published on their website. I couldn't contain my excitement. I imedatly wrote a letter to my English teacher, and now that I look back on it, I started with OMG. It wasn't something a person should start a sentence with when writing to an English teacher, but I couldn't think of a better way to do it. Cat on a Vacuum
It was like a game of cat and mouse
Only it was cat and vacuum
A chase as they twirled around the house
Going swiftly around the room.
Spinning, whirling, twirling, round, and round
Trying to conquer the unbeatable mission
The black paw gave a powerful pound
As the act went on in demolition.
